At Neha Jewellers, customer satisfaction and transparency are our priority.

Exchange Policy

• We offer 100% exchange value on the gold and diamond value of products purchased from Neha Jewellers.

• Making charges, wastage charges, certificate charges, taxes, and other additional charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Exchange is available only at our physical store.

No Return / Refund Policy

• Products once sold cannot be returned for cash refund.

• We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Store Credit

• In eligible cases, store credit may be provided at the discretion of Neha Jewellers.

• Store credit can be used for future purchases at our store.

Conditions for Exchange

• Original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of exchange.

• The product should be in acceptable condition as determined by our store team after inspection.

• Exchange value will be calculated based only on the prevailing gold and diamond value applicable to the purchased product.

Important Note

• Customized jewellery and damaged products may not be eligible for exchange.

• Neha Jewellers reserves the right to evaluate and approve all exchange requests.
